Leah Smythe, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Elite Dermatology in Pearland, Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!). After graduation, she gained valuable experience working in a dermatology office for several years, where she developed a passion for the specialty. Leah then pursued her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, graduating with honors at the top of her class.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Texas Medical Board. Since 2021, Leah has been dedicated to practicing dermatology as a Physician Assistant.
Leah is committed to providing the highest standard of care for her patients. In addition to being a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, she regularly participates in continuing medical education to stay current in her field.
In her free time, Leah enjoys spending quality time with her husband, adorable son, and their two dogs. She also loves reading, traveling to new destinations, and staying active by spending time outdoors.
