Mai Nguyen is a patient care coordinator with over 18 years of combined skincare and medical expertise. Her passion and dedication in delivering superb patient care coupled with her commitment to her patients has made her deeply regarded in her field.
Mai was awarded Skincare Certified in 2004, Pacesetter in 2005 and 2006, and AllStar in 2006 during her time as a Skincare Expert with Nordstrom. She is also experienced with medical grade skincare brands such as SkinMedica, SkinCeuticals, ZO Obagi, Skinbetter, Alastin, BioJuve and EltaMD. Mai combines her knowledge of skincare with medical grade procedures to maximize patient care results.
Mai continues her excellence for her patient’s experience by attending numerous training sessions with Galderma and Allergan which includes courses on Sculptra, Restylane, Juvederm and Kybella. Mai has also attended CoolSculpting University to learn the most advanced techniques for optimal patient results. She combines the knowledge she has obtained from her continuous studies in her approach to deliver effective outcomes.
She has a genuine ability to connect with her patients and understand their concerns along with creating customized treatment plans designed to ensure optimal results for each individual’s goals.
When Mai is not taking care of her patients, she enjoys cooking authentic Vietnamese cuisine, reading, exercising, spending time with her family, and most importantly traveling and making memories with her Husband and 2 beautiful girls!
